I’m Anna, a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in physical education and strength training. I began my career as a physical education teacher in school, then transitioned into gym-based personal training. In 2023, I earned my Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sport, strengthening my evidence-based, health-focused approach to training. Two years ago, I moved to the United States from Ukraine while fleeing the war. Starting over in a new country gave me a deeper understanding of the importance of my profession and the impact it can have on people’s lives.I believe that regular movement plays a key role in long-term health. My goal is to make physical activity a natural part of daily life, so people can move more freely, live with greater ease, and feel confident in their bodies.

What if I’ve never exercised before? That’s completely okay. Many of my clients start with little or no previous exercise experience. I design every program individually, taking into account your anatomy, health history, mobility, and current physical level. Everyone’s body is different, and exercises should reflect that. We always start at a level that feels safe and manageable for you, then progress gradually as your confidence and strength improve. What if I don’t have any equipment at home? You don’t need a home gym to train safely and effectively. For most clients, simple tools are more than enough. I provide resistance bands for my clients to use, and we also work with bodyweight exercises. When needed, we can easily adapt exercises using everyday household items, such as chairs or water bottles. Training at home is flexible, practical, and designed around the space you already have. What if I had surgery or completed physical therapy in the past? That’s very common, and it’s not a problem. Many people complete physical therapy and then feel unsure about what comes next.
While I don’t provide physical therapy, I do design individualized training programs that are appropriate after rehabilitation. The goal is to help you continue building strength, stability, and confidence — without risking injury or overloading sensitive areas.
